How to Claim Funds:
*Cash Bonds can ONLY be disbursed by Court Order. An administrative fee shall be deducted from each withdrawal as required by Local Government Code 117.055.
**Registry funds are held by the District Clerk by court order and can ONLY be disbursed by:
- Court Order
- Completed
