Chief of Courts - Criminal

Alicia Bentancourt is the Chief of Courts - Criminal with the District Clerk’s Office. Alicia is responsible for procedure development and implementation for criminal court services for the Judicial District Courts. She also oversees Post-Judgments, Writs, Transfers, Exhibits and Appeals for all case types. Alicia is the assistant to the Chief Deputy District Clerk – Courts Administration. She has been employed with the District Clerk’s Office for 20 years and constantly aims for success and continues to provide goal-driven services for the residents of Fort Bend County.
