Join me, Gina K, for a high cardio good time, sweating, with minimal impact to your joints. We will laugh, uplift each other and have a good time. We will also burn calories, feel happier and get our hearts stronger from a seated position. A good sweat has never been so fun and satisfying. See you there!

Classes available Wednesdays, 10 - 12 pm. Participants must pre-register to attend. (August 12 - September 30th)

You will not receive an AHA CPR certification card, but those classes are available.
