Landmark Community Center Online Registration Form

You must complete this registration form to become a member and utilize Landmark's facility. Your membership covers the use of all Fort Bend County Community Centers.

There is no fee. We are here to uplift our community and provide a place for people to gather, enjoy, and better their own lives. Register and come visit us when we are open.

  1. Select "Family Registration" at the top if you have children participating in programming. You will complete your registration and can add them to your family account after you complete the form.
  2. Once you have completed your registration your screen will show your digital membership card (QR code). It will also be sent to your email if you provided one.
  3. Save this code to your phone so you can check in each time you arrive.
  4. ***If you have children, add them to your registration at this time.***
  5. When you are done adding family members press complete and access your digital membership card.

 

Access your Digital Membership Card (QR code)

  1. Input your DOB and your phone number or email as when you registered.
  2. ***If you have a family membership account, use the DOB and contact info for the main account holder.***
  3. Take a photo of your card and save it to your phone for easy access.
  4. ***Share the photo of your family members' digital membership cards with them. They will not be able to access it without your information.***
  5. When you come to use the community center, use the side door nearest the tennis courts as your entrance.
  6. Have your membership card ready to be scanned to check-in. Every person who arrives in your group must have their own code so the staff can be aware of every person in the building.
  7. Please make it a habit to say hello to the staff. We love to be aware of the presence of each person who comes to visit our facility.
