Landmark is a community center open Monday through Friday from 8 am - 8 pm. We serve the community through our daily programming first, then have occasional events through the county, city, school district, etc. to help reach and assist the community. These events take priority over all other inquiries, as this is the purpose of our facility.
Please note,
- No alcohol is permitted on the premises, even for private events.
- The Flex or Lounge areas are used for groups with about 60 people.
- The facility is one large area with different spaces. These areas do not have doors or even complete walls to provide privacy for private events.
- There are no outdoor spaces.
- Private events are only booked as early as 3 months in advance. For example, if you want to book for an event in August, contact our office on or after June 1st, when August dates opens up for private rental. The opportunity to rent will not open before that unless you are one of the priority events listed above.
Do you want to rent a space here at Landmark?
1. If you are interested in renting, please come by first to see if the space we have will suit your needs. Make sure you are registered.
2. Once you know the date & space you would like to use, contact the office between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm at 832-471-5200 or email charis.prendergast2@fortbendcountytx.gov
3. If the space is available for your request, there will be forms and payment that will need to be completed before the space is reserved. First come, first serve!
4. You are responsible for the set up, clean up, and return of rented materials to their original space. Include this in your rental time.
Individuals who do not take care of the facility as required will not be permitted to utilize Landmark in the future.

Registration Fee: This processing fee is non-refundable. It will be charged with each purchase.
Cleaning Deposit: This fee may be returned if the renters clean properly and return all borrowed furniture to its appropriate locations.
*Tarp must be used on the gym floor when food is being served.
