Language Access Complaint Policy and Form

The Fort Bend County Courts at Law and State District Courts are committed to providing meaningful language access for individuals who are unable to understand English or who have limited English proficiency. Any person who believes they have not been provided with meaningful or professional language access has the right to file a formal complaint.

Any individual who wants to report that requested interpreter services are not being provided or some other problem, such as poor-quality interpreting, may complete a Language Access Complaint Form.

The Language Access to Court Services Complaint form can be found below. Printed copies are also available at the Justice Center Information Desk located on the first floor.
