Wedding Policy

Congratulations on your engagement and special day. The Judge is honored to be asked to officiate your wedding, and he will do everything in his power to ensure it is a special day for both of you.

Weddings are performed by appointment only. Unfortunately, the Judge does not accommodate walk-ins due to his Court schedule. In some circumstances, he may be able to accommodate weddings at private venues outside the courthouse. If you wish to make an appointment, please contact Ms. Morgan Diers at (281) 633-7415 or by emailing her at Morgan.Diers2@fortbendcountytx.gov.
