Fort Bend LINC
Fort Bend County Social Services is proud to be part of the Fort Bend LINC collaborative—a network of nonprofit and government partners working together to provide rental assistance to Fort Bend County residents.
How Fort Bend LINC Works:
The collaborative uses a centralized application system to streamline access to rental assistance across multiple partner organizations. When you submit your application through the Fort Bend LINC portal, it's reviewed by one of the many participating organizations. If there is funding capacity, you'll be matched with assistance from the partner organization best suited to meet your needs—which may be us OR another trusted Fort Bend LINC partner.
Transitional Supportive Housing is designed to assist individuals and families who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Individuals and families are paired with a case manager to assist in transitioning from homelessness to self-sustainability.
Services provided to veterans are funded in collaboration with Fort Bend County and the Texas Veterans Commission.
