No, we do not have a copay fee at our clinics. However, there are administration fees for vaccines and for employment-related Tuberculosis testing.
A physical identification (ID) document and a paper copy of the patient’s updated vaccine record is required at every clinic visit. We do not accept pictures on cell phones in lieu of physical ID or paper vaccine records. For individuals under 18 years of age, a parent needs to be present at the time of the visit. If a guardian foster parent is attending the clinic, proof of guardianship foster parent is required.
Appointments are preferred to help reduce wait times and ensure timely service. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated if possible; however, services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Charity Care Program (CCP) is a Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) program that helps eligible healthcare providers receive reimbursement for certain healthcare services provided to uninsured patients when those costs are not covered by another source.
Uninsured individuals who meet the program's financial eligibility requirements may qualify to receive a 100% discount on eligible services provided at any FBCHHS clinic location, including mobile clinics throughout Fort Bend County.
Eligible services include TB screenings and chest X-rays as well as STI treatment. For vaccines provided through the Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN), administrative fees may be covered under CCP for eligible patients, however the vaccines themselves are not covered. Travel vaccines are not covered.
